I just discovered the coolest thing.
I have Top of The Pops in my head.
Now, I understand that to some that may not seem at all cool. But it so is. I was slumped on the sofa, with my eyes shut, listening to my mp3 player right after I got in from work. I suddenly realised that while i was hearing all the different instruments playing, I could actually *see* them all standing together on stage playing.
The song that made me notice was "Descending" by The Black Crowes, because the piano part is so clear- and I could see the pianist's fingers on the keys, and the way his shoulders were moving to the music and everything. It was so damn cool :D And then I looked around a bit more, and I could see the stage he was on, and all the gantries with the lights on and things.
I am afraid that I couldn't go so far as to actually have the correct band playing, but I seem to have a House Cover Band who are extremely good- so good in fact that they sound just like the real thing. The exception to this seems to be Freddie Mercury. He's singing Bohemian Rhapsody in my head now, and there is no mistaking those teeth.
